I’m a friend, a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter…I’m having a human experience just like you.

Social media has never resonated with me, so you won’t find me there.

A few years ago Spirit came along and knocked on my door and reminded me of who I was. Since then I have been blessed with beautiful teachers who have helped me unearth the ancient wisdom I already knew deep inside.

Reiki Lineage

Level 2 Reiki and Shamanic Reiki under the Reiki Master Dr Natalie Dyer in the Usui tradition descended from Takata and Yamaguchi.

Animal Reiki First and Second Degree developed by Reiki Masters Colleen Benelli, Robyn Benelli and Sioux Strong in the Usui tradition and given by the Animals, the Spirit of the Earth, Usui and Holy Fire Reiki.

Breathwork Lineage

Trained Facilitator under the Breathwave founder Robin Clements and the Breathwave Tribe.

Akashic Records

The Akashic Records are a gift from Spirit. One afternoon I was called into the Records. Once there my deep love of libraries and innate curiosity guided me. I soon realized I had been in the Records many times before and I had been called back for a reason.
